By visiting or using thoitiet.online (“the site”, “we”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
ThoiTiet.Online provides weather forecasts and related information free of charge. No account is required. Any visit to the site counts as use of the service.
2. Who may use it
If you are under 18, please use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the site you confirm that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Forecasts are provided “as is”
- Forecasts are calculated from numerical weather models and from data published by weather services and research centres (see About). They can differ from the conditions you actually experience.
- Do not use the site for decisions where safety depends on the outcome, such as aviation, marine navigation or rescue work. For severe weather, follow the warnings of the official weather service of your country.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site.
4. Ownership
- The name, logo, page design, source code and written content of the site belong to ThoiTiet.Online or its licensors.
- Weather data belongs to the providers credited on the site and is used under their licences.
- You may link to any page. Copying, republishing or commercial use of the site’s content needs our written permission.
5. What you must not do
- Interfere with the site or try to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Collect data automatically (scraping, crawling) at a volume that overloads the servers.
- Use data from the site to build a paid service without credit or a licence.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to other websites and embeds some third-party services, such as the interactive map. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes are first to be settled by negotiation; failing that, they fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Vietnam.
